How long does it take to process my order?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for me to process your order after receiving payment.
This might seem long to some but Flourishing Faith is a very small enterprise and I take care to package each item as beautifully and safely as possible and to ensuring the quality of each item.
I ship your package immediately after processing.
How Long does it take for my package to get to me after it has been processed and shipped?
Aramex SA’s shipping times are usually 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number that can be tracked on Aramex’s website.
Paxi’s shipping times are 7-9 business days. You will also receive a tracking number that can be tracked on the Paxi website.
We will send you your tracking number as soon as we’ve shipped your package.
Please ensure that there will be someone trustworthy to receive your package at the address you provided or if you chose Paxi please collect your package as soon as possible.
What courier do you use?
We have two great options available at the moment for your convenience, reliability and affordability.
We use Aramex for fast and reliable to-your-door delivery and we use Paxi, our economy option, for affordable and convenient pep-to-pep store delivery, just pick-up at your nearest Pep store.
Please always ensure that there will be someone trustworthy to receive your package at the address you provided if you use the door-to-door service.
What does shipping cost?
Aramex – R100.00 to anywhere in South Africa
Paxi – R50.00 to any PEP stores in South Africa
What is you returns policy?
Unfortunately all our products are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. All sales are final.
Please read the product descriptions very carefully, if you have a question regarding any product prior to purchasing I will be happy to assist you and make it clear to you.
If however your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we can see if we can resolve the issue. Please be careful when accepting your package, do not accept a package that is visibly damaged.
Every product is checked before packing and packaged to prevent damage.
I have received a damaged product, what now?
A damaged product must be unused and reported within 3 working days after receiving your package to qualify for a replacement. I can only replace badly damaged items.
I will only be able to replace the item with the exact same product and no cash refunds.
Contact me with photos of your damaged product and packaging so that I can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The damaged product and all packaging material must be sent back to me.
Please be careful when accepting your package from the courier, do not accept a package that is visibly and severely damaged. If your package is damaged please take photos before opening the package as well.
I package all orders myself with care and attention. I will never ship a damaged or impaired product.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
I start to process orders as soon as they come in, so it will not be possible for me to cancel orders or change shipping information after an order is placed. Please make sure your shipping info and postal codes are 100% correct to avoid any problems. If an items needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Do you offer personalized Stationery?
No, we do not. All items are sold as displayed in the store
What does Matte Laminate mean?
This is a very, very thin plastic lining on the outside of all our Journals, Notebooks and others books to protect the cover.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do offer most of our products for wholesale but currently only to physical shops and not to online shops.

Mondays to Thursdays 08h00 – 16h00
Fridays 09h00 – 15h30
